Soooo, I started doing the 30 day shred yesterday and just finished my second...session? workout and it's pretty cool!

Level one is definitely a nice work out and I'm glad to say that I'm decently sore and that it totally reminds me of the dryland stuff I used to do for swimming so *_* It's fun. the only thing that sucks about it, imo, is that you essentially do the same thing for 10 days, and then move up to something new...but then you do that for 10 days...but then move up one more time! and do that for 10 days :|

Granted, I'm sure that this is definitely going to help me lose some weight(though tbh, I'm more into losing inches than weight) and I'm not looking at it as a ~magical~ weight loss thing, but more of something that I can do every day that will really get me back into working out on a regular basis. I took a picture of myself yesterday and I kinda curious to see what kind of change will happen after 30 days(especially since I've dealt with shitty trainers and crap diets and the like(

But mostly I'm wondering about what I'm going to do after the 30 days are up .__. Like...do you just keep doing level 3 or is there a 30day shred part 2, the 60 day shred???? Think I'm gonna have to look into that or just dl a new workout dvd by Jillian lmao
